The room's mattress was overly firm, which made it a bit uncomfortable for restful sleep.

Not perfect, but worth it
The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with smiles. Our suite was spacious and perfect for our family, and with a functional kitchen, it felt like a home stay!
We experienced issues with inconsistent housekeeping during our stay, and there were times when the elevators seemed slow or congested, which was frustrating, especially during busy hours.

The breakfast spread offered decent choices, including sugar-free syrup and soy milk, which shows effort in catering to various dietary needs. The lobby had a cozy vibe, complete with coffee and hot cocoa available throughout the day.
The first room felt dirty, forcing an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite that was larger than needed. The sofa bed wasn't prepped with bedding for two, and the pool closed unexpectedly during the stay. Disturbances from loud kids jumping around in the room above added to the chaos, and I found myself requesting additional supplies like toilet paper and towels multiple times throughout the visit.

Family-friendly suite with great amenities
We enjoyed our stay in a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen that exceeded our expectations. The staff was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was convenient for our plans, but I wish there were more dining options within walking distance.

We stayed in a Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds for 8 nights. The location of the room was super convenient, close to the elevator, which helped a lot with my elderly mom and the grandkids. The hot breakfast was tasty when we got to try it. just wish it wasn't so early! The staff were welcoming and friendly, making it a pleasant atmosphere. The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, but the room overall was comfy and clean.

The suite worked well for our family of six, featuring a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast offered good choices, though it wasn't elaborate. The indoor pool was a nice touch, but the checkout process could be improved since it felt a bit rushed.

The two-bedroom suite proved to be a great choice for our family of six, featuring a fully functional kitchen that would be perfect for longer stays. The kitchen also had plenty of loaner appliances available, enhancing its utility. Despite the breakfast schedule being too early for us, the food provided, including the fresh-baked scones, was enjoyable. However, the facility had ongoing issues like the phones and TV not functioning in our room, and we also encountered spots with no housekeeping service during our stay.
